Skateboarder Brian Baca and Clyde King settled for a undisclosed (probably very large) amount of money after suing the guards and security company over the viral video assault that took place November, 2009 in Pioneer Square.( Footage Below )
They are the first skateboarders to win a civil suit against security guards.
